Yes, real men do yoga!
NORTH PARK YOGA’s first men’s class will be
Friday, October 18th, 6:00-7:15 pm — that’s a 75-minute class.
It will actually be more of a workshop, targeting areas where men need more attention (both their strengths & their weaknesses).
Many activities (including sports) demand a specific use of muscles, often asymmetrically, thus requiring the need for balanced
strength & flexibility.
This will be a monthly class.
