Our first “Yoga For Men” class begins tonight.
What can one expect in a class geared toward men?
Expect strength-building postures, and plenty of beneficial stretching, to be sure.
But, also ¬†anticipate postures ¬†to increase flexibility, sharpen focus, ease stress, and other posture to help keep men’s bodies healthy.
It’s a monthly, 75-minute class.
