Julio took his first yoga class his last semester in college. It made such an impact that he decided to seek the path of yoga rather than continue his plans for graduate school. Just a year after his first yoga class, he completed a 200-hour teacher training at Pilgrimage of the Heart Yoga Studio in San Diego, CA. For Julio, yoga is not just about getting into elaborate poses or breath control. It is an inner science to explore the self completely and enable one to reach their full potential. It is Julio’s desire for everyone to experience their full potential, and know the joys of being truly well, not just physically, but in all aspects of life.
