Timothy is a 200-hour Yoga Alliance certified yoga instructor who incorporates a wealth of knowledge from various sources, including other skilled instructors & mentors. He works to create an atmosphere of ease for his students. He invites students to slow down, temper the impulse to push, and explore their own boundaries of sensation while maintaining a steadiness to the breath. It’s a place where the inner challenges of a yoga practice are not superseded by externally-driven expectations.
Dhyanjot has been practicing Hatha, Ashtanga, Anusara, and Kundalini yoga since 1999. He is a Yoga Alliance E-RYT Kundalini-cerytified yoga teacher with over 1700 hours of instruction, co-lead trainer at the Kundinyasa School of Yoga, and a member of the International Kundalini Teacher Association. In addition, he is a Gong Master, trained Reiki practitioner (Mikao Usui method), and sound therapist. He has been trained and inspired by Mystical Kabbalah, and sound specialist Dr. Joseph Michael Levry from New York, and Gong Master Sotantar from Spain. Dhyanjot provides yoga therapy, sound therapy, and mastering life sessions designed to help people live pain-free, prosperous lives through vibrational healing workshops, and gong immersions for deep healing. His techniques address imbalances caused by stress, fatigue, tension, trauma, addiction, depression, anxiety, inflexibility, indigestion, high blood sugar, and weight gain.
Suguna Sridhar is a 200-hour Yoga Alliance certified instructor, trained at IndeaYoga in Mysore, India. Apart from yoga, she explores movement through various other practices: biking, long distance running and Kalaripayattu, an ancient martial art form from Kerala, India. She is interested in Ayurveda, and has applied its principles to her diet and lifestyle from a young age. In both her personal practice and approach to teaching, she seeks to be playful, spontaneous, and emphasizes the importance of working within one’s limits and lengthening each breath. She recently moved to San Diego from India, and is eager to share her knowledge and develop her practice in a new city.
Rachel has had a lifelong passion for health and wellness! Living life to the fullest with the least amount of stress helps to lead a fun and exciting and prosperous life. Having a passion for this, she has chosen to share her happiness and keys to living life to the fullest. Armen is a former high school teacher, now certified yoga instructor who has had a personal practice since 2002. He left his career as an educator to pursue his passion for yoga and travel, by creating a lifestyle brand called Pack Your Mat™. He resigned from his full time job and and traveled through Europe, the Middle East and Asia. He completed a 30 day silent meditation at a Tibetan monastery in Nepal, which truly brought the balance and stillness he needed to accompany his vinyasa practice. Armen is currently practicing the Iyengar style of yoga, along with Kundalini and Hatha Vinyasa.He is dedicated to providing you with a safe and intelligent way to move, breathe and spark greater inquiry into the practice.
