Timothy is a 200-hour Yoga Alliance certified yoga instructor who incorporates a wealth of knowledge from various sources, including other skilled instructors & mentors. He works to create an atmosphere of ease for his students. He invites students to slow down, temper the impulse to push, and explore their own boundaries of sensation while maintaining a steadiness to the breath. It’s a place where the inner challenges of a yoga practice are not superseded by externally-driven expectations.
Suguna Sridhar is a 200-hour Yoga Alliance certified instructor, trained at IndeaYoga in Mysore, India. Apart from yoga, she explores movement through various other practices: biking, long distance running and Kalaripayattu, an ancient martial art form from Kerala, India. She is interested in Ayurveda, and has applied its principles to her diet and lifestyle from a young age. In both her personal practice and approach to teaching, she seeks to be playful, spontaneous, and emphasizes the importance of working within one’s limits and lengthening each breath. She recently moved to San Diego from India, and is eager to share her knowledge and develop her practice in a new city.
