- If we have time for Facebook, we have time for yoga — do we not?
The mind is rich with opportunities to rationalize our actions — or inaction–
and takes refuge in all types of resistance to a consistent, disciplined yoga practice.
Of course, the term “discipline” can be so off-putting.
We often associate the word with punishment,
or an unyielding adherence to something unpleasant,
instead of a goal worthy of our time.
However, we can choose to view an intention to cultivate our practice
as a determined effort toward growth, and transformation.
